Breaks CMT's Top 5 With Dwight Yoakam Music Video
Blink Pictures Director Margaret Malandruccolo’s video for Dwight Yoakam’s “Back of Your Hand” (Electrodisc/Audium Entertainment/Koch) broke through the CMT Top 5 Chart this week. Shot on location in Santa Monica this spring, the video showcases Malandruccolo’s eye for texture and colour while focusing on the beauty and the drama of this ever-captivating world. The video for the hit single from Yoakam’s critically acclaimed new album Population Me, has been steadily climbing the charts on the US cable network CMT after 10 weeks in heavy rotation and currently sits in the number 5 position on the CMT Top 20 this week.
